Home Appliances Support FAQs -
Electrolux Thailand

  • What should I prepare before visiting the service center?

    Recommendations for customers:

    • Before visiting a service center, please contact us in advance so we can give you preliminary guidance.
    • Our service center will ask about the issue you're experiencing and give you an initial assessment.
    • If you're unsure which accessories to bring in for repair, our service center can advise you.

*For your benefit, please register your product as soon as you receive it

What you'll need when you bring your product in for service:

    1. The product itself (showing the reported issue)

    2. The serial number (S/N)

    3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or tax invoice (original or a photo)

    4. The place of purchase

If the customer wishes to send the product by parcel delivery, rider, or messenger service to the center, please ask the customer to provide the following information:

    1. Customer's first and last name

    2. Detailed address

    3. Contact number

    4. Symptoms/issue with the machine

  • How much does a repair cost, and will I receive a quote before the repair begins?

If your product is still under warranty, labor and electrical parts are free of charge.

    • For small appliances out of warranty, the service fee is 321 THB (parts not included).
    • For large appliances out of warranty, the service fee is 856 THB (parts not included).

After inspecting your product, our service center will let you know the total cost before proceeding, so you can decide whether to go ahead with the repair.

  • Do you offer home repair service, or do I need to bring my appliance to the service center myself?

We offer home repair service for large appliances only.

The small appliances aren't eligible for onsite repair, so you'll need to bring them to your nearest service center.

    Additional information:

    For large appliance repairs:

    • Home repair service is available.

    • If your product is still under warranty, labor and electrical parts are free.
    • For products out of warranty, the service fee is 321 THB (parts not included).
  • How long does it take for a technician to inspect my product, and roughly how long does a repair take?
Our technician team will inspect your product within about 1–3 business days of receiving your request. The repair itself typically takes about 3–7 business days, depending on the issue and the parts required.
  • Do you guarantee the quality of your repairs, and for how long?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on repairs, starting from the day the repair is completed and your product is returned to you.
  • What payment methods do you accept, and do I need to pay a deposit for parts in advance?
You can pay the service center or technician directly at the time of service. A deposit is only required if a replacement part needs to be ordered from overseas and isn't currently in stock.
  • Are there any additional warranty conditions I should know about?

If your product is used for commercial purposes — for example, in a spa, massage shop, hair salon, office, hospital, hotel, apartment, or resort — the warranty period is 6 months.

    • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase or the date of installation.
    • If your product is left with us before installation, the warranty period will begin based on the date shown on your receipt or according to our internal records.
